They are not proficient at getting prior authorizations and it does not even seem to faze them. It feels like they enjoy telling people they cannot get their medication.

The pharmacy part is ok.. but the hispanic lady in the store at the register is very rude to cutomers.. No thank you, or anything. Rude.

Had the best experience w/the Twain Harte Parmacy,especially Tom. I had visited in the simmer and came back to Tennessee. I really wanted a few more Twain Harte Tee shirts. Tom was nice enough to pick some out for me, and ship to me back in Tennessee. Great experience, I thank them all verybmuch
