Very rude. Bought a tire, next day it was flat. Got pissed they had to plug it. Got pissed because I wanted to see the tire before they put it on.
Always helpful never had a problem with anything. They are always friendly and very kind. I've been coming here for a few years.
This guy was great. I had brought in a rim that I rode a flat on for miles... It was trashed. But he kept on trying to get that tire on this rim. Took him over an hour. But he succeeded in repairing the tire. Saved my ass.
Got 2 tire here yesterday and woke up this morning Sitting on a flat! I called to let them know She said bring the tire up here how am I supposed to do that? I’m on a flat I said I live 30 miles away. If I have to pay somebody else to fix the tire, will you reimburse what I paid? She said we don’t do refunds I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked if I have to pay someone to fix it so I can drive. Will you give me back what I had to pay them since I paid y’all to fix my tires so that I can drive!
