Terry is a truly excellent realtor. He managed to sell our house under extremely difficult circumstances (coronavirus). Additionally, during the time the house was on the market he went above and beyond what would normally be expected of a realtor; we live out of state and he kept an eye on the house and made the necessary arrangements when anything needed to be done to the house.
