Staff is very patient and helpful.
Would love to shop here, need a lot of wood. but when you set your hours between the time most people are at work, and are closed on the weekends, then you alienate a huge part of potential customer base. The one time I did go in, the stock was pretty low so I guess this company is more of a part time hobby for the owner than a serious business.

This specific TWperry always has good lumber. The people in the lot very helpful everything is very organized
Customer service has really gone down over the last few years. You can never get anyone on the phone and they don't respond to text so you have to go onsite. But there are a few people in the special order department that are pretty helpful. Grab their business card and email them directly if you need anything.
