Ordered an exterior entry system through a contractor in January, Delivery in April. After installation the door closes but will not open. Much consultation occurs over several days with several different men. Door is eventually taken to be remade or resized to fit the entry. That was five weeks ago. I have heard nothing from TW Perry or Masonite, the manufacturer of the door. MY front entry is cobbled together and barely locks. I am incredibly disappointed.
