Horrible. The tech Aaron is by far the WORST repairman I've ever seen. He screwed up both our units trying to "fix" them. Ended up getting another company to come and fix what this company would not. He rewired things wrong with one of our units and apparently on the first one he "fixed" he screwed up the heater (same as the second unit) and never said anything. Our first cold night this fall and the secondary unit heater isn't working. (Worked perfectly before he jacked with it.) Will be calling the company that actually fi... read more
