This place is the worst.! We used their agents over 25 years for our home insurance.Some how after being on automatic withdrawal for our premiums we missed a payment. Did not learn about this until our insurance was canceled. Now after not making a single claim on our homeowners this agent says we are placed in high risk and must pay a full years premium on crappy insurance. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY (Unless if you like to pay WAY more for your insurance) I have been a customer for for a the last 5 years after my previous company was bought out by TW but have had the same policies and such for almost a decade. After paying thousands of dollars in premiums to Andover Insurance and purchasing numerous insurance policies for condominiums owed over several years, I filed my first claim only to find the policy I purchased through TW Group to be worthless. I recommend that any interested party be wary of TW Group and the insurance policies sold to clientele.
20 years ago- Excellent broker. Today- Still as awesome!! If you need insurance, reach out to TW Group and successfully navigate all your insurance needs. Today, most customer service is lacking, but not here. Have you ever added up what you pay in insurance? If you didn't consult TW Group, you are probably paying too much!!
