This place is the worst.! We used their agents over 25 years for our home insurance.Some how after being on automatic withdrawal for our premiums we missed a payment. Did not learn about this until our insurance was canceled. Now after not making a single claim on our homeowners this agent says we are placed in high risk and must pay a full years premium on crappy insurance. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY (Unless if you like to pay WAY more for your insurance) I have been a customer for for a the last 5 years after my previous company was bought out by TW but have had the same policies and such for almost a decade.
