I've been going to this spa consistently (every 3 months), for 4+ years for expensive services. I recently had unexpected car trouble several hours prior to the scheduled appointment as my car was undriveable, and had to put my car in the shop. This was something that was beyond my control and I called 4 hours prior to the appointment to let them know this. I was very disappointed with the Coolsculpting procedure. I had this procedure done in Dallas several yrs ago and was pleased with the results so had another area done at this location and very disappointing!
