I went through them for a warranty repair from LG for my 65 in LG tv, registered under my wifes nameFirst off, they came and 'repaired' the tv. But after they left I was able to see that the guy put the legs on backwards, causing my tv to warp and twist in the middle. Very poor customer service, spent $162.37 on August 11,2014 and was told the part would have a 90 day warranty, part burned out after 21 days and they would not honor the warranty. They said it had to be my TV and they would be glad to come out and complete an in home service check (at my expense). They would not exchange the part, they would not refund the cost, the person working there laughed and said "call the police maybe they can help" then he added "it is a civil matter under $500.00 so they will not come out." Amazing Service-Fast & Friendly – Twas the night before Christmas and our TV stopped working--and we had all kinds of family coming in Christmas day. Seems our TV needed a lamp replacement and it would have to be ordered, according to Best Buy. I found TVS Brothers online and they not only HAD the lamp in stock (answering my email within moments, even though they were officially closed for the holiday) but they came out and INSTALLED IT within the hour! A Christmas miracle indeed. Fabulous service.
Reliable and honest TV Repair Company – I had picture problems on my 6yr old Pioneer 64" Projection TV. The convergence chips were bad. I shoped around and they were $150.00 lower on their quote than the closest quote I got. Made the appointment, they came in and fixed the problem whithout increasing the price. They also helped me organize the cable mess I had with my Digital Reciever, BluRay player, etc at no extra charge. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
VERY PROFESSIONAL & ON TIME – I have a 10 year old 60" TV that started having horizontal lines flickering through it. I called TV Brothers and set up an appointment to come and take a look at it. They showed up on time and gave me an honest repair quote. I was told that I should invest any repair money into a NEW TV!
