Been living in these buildings for 3 to 4 years and well the only thing really good anymore is the neighbors. We got holes in our ceiling that was supposed to be fixed 2 years ago, we actually asked and asked in those two years and nothing. Our bathroom door is missing a 3rd of the top, our bedroom door doesn't fully close unless you put a tshirt on the corner, in the kitchen there are cracks all through some of the tiles. Good luck getting a hold of someone from this company or complex. I then tried to drive to the property to see if they had a rental office and I would not let my worst enemy live here. It looks like a scrap yard, thank goodness they didn’t get back to me because YIKES.
I had a great experience renting from TVM. Scott was very accommodating and never complained when I locked myself out of my home. I loved it there.
My wife and I have been current tenants here for the past three years. We are both nurses, and unfortunately with the housing market the way it is, purchasing a home for overvalued prices isn't very appealing. However, the living conditions of these buildings are absolutely disgusting. Daily leaks in the hallways, ceiling tiles crumbling apart or non existent from leaks, our basement was full of mold and all the dry wall needed replacing. The list goes on and on.
