I called TGV for the first time ever with an obscure type of damage to my expensive, Volvo-installed trailer hitch. No doubt the dealer would have replaced the entire hitch - it cost $1800 when we bought the XC60 in 2020. Dillon at TGV said “bring it in tomorrow, we’ll take a look at it.” He fixed it in 15 minutes with a crowbar & a new set of screws & washers. NO CHARGE. So we’ll be going back to TGV again!
