Called just to get a quote not sure who I spoke with but he was extremely rude laughed at me for having a bad experience with another shop, and said they wouldn't install oem parts brought from the customer and that most shops dont, i have brought in my own parts to be installed in the car everywhere ive taken it because i have a discount on volvo parts so of course i dont want to spend extra on parts directly from their supplier when i already have acess to them for cheaper. I had my partner call for our shared Volvo to get a quote on the work we needed done, and listened to whoever answered the phone outright laugh at us when we said we had a bad experience at another shop. The worker said they knew the other shop and that we were wrong. In the end he rudely told us to find somewhere else and hung up. Never been spoken to so rudely by a customer service representative, I wouldn’t even trust them to pump tires properly seeing as they don’t know how to speak.
