When I retreived the TV from my wife's Nursing home after she passed away, I could not get into settings to reprogram it. I took it to George who (because I live some distance away) sent me to the grocery store while he made repairs. I returned from the store to find he had completed the repair and even made an exrea repair at no additional cost. The sound on my new 60" Vizio went out. The tv was fixed the next day. The price was also very affordable compared to what I thought it would cost me to repar the tv. I will use them again!
