If I come in and make an appt AND call the day of the appt to confirm i expect to have an appt. I understand waiting maybe 5 mins but when the guy goes "oh I forgot it'll be about 20" when he doing what seems like a full set & others waiting... if I was a regular I mightve waited but as a new client that's NO WAY!!! if I could have done zero stars, I would have. Extremely disappointing

Scheduled two appointments with them For today at 10 AM, when we got there, there was a sign on the door saying they are not opening till two… We just drove 30 minutes for that
I had just a fill in and decided to do a design I only showed a simple picture for flowers and I don’t really do designs because I’m scared that it would come out bad but here a tv nails in the newbern mall was a great experience he seen the simple inspo and knew I wanted something different so he took a simple pic and turn it into THIS !! 10/10
