Unfortunately I had bad experience. The nail tech kept smudging my nail color (once with foot dryer, second with her hand) then she kept layering color and top coat. It was so thick I asked twice for them to remove it. Was not professional. They kept trying to say u can't see the smudge and first refused to redo it. I paid 50 and I expect a good job cus I work hard for my money. I went there at 6 and left at 9 for a pedicure. Was in a bad mood. Walked with slippers and ziplock clear bags he put on my feet. I must say if you want to get your nails done And you have a certain picture in mind, show it to Quin! T&V nails went above and beyond ! The manager, especially is very polite and kind. I would recommend coming here to get your nails done a hundred times over ! I reside in hamilton, and I have some family around the yorkdale area! This was my second time getting my nails done at this salon, and I won’t be going back. Look how grown out my nails look after a week. They did not push back and trim the cuticles. They are so focused on client turnover that they don’t produce quality work. When I was getting my pedicure done , she cut too deep, and two of my nails wouldn’t stop bleeding. We celebrate 🎉 my granddaughter Layla 9th birthday with her 9 friends and had a wonderful time staff was amazing 🤩. They had a great experience and full of joy. Thank you all for the great event !
