We bought a tv here it says if there is defect they will replace no refund, we got out Samsung home it has a pink band and also a burn in! We took the tv back told it would be looked at that day which was Saturday well here it close Monday still nothing been done, also they don't keep you informed so u have to do all the calling. I was told by Monday if it can't be fixed (which burn in can't be fixed unless the screen is replace! Has been confirmed by two tv replaces, said cheaper to replace the tv).
