Office staff member was unprofessional during the medical checkin. I also found Dr. Tuyet Pham to be unkind, and dismissive to my concerns. I did not return to her, and don't recommend her.
Been waiting for over a month for someone to reach out to schedule an appointment from my referral... if they are calling, they are not leaving a voicemail.
Very disappointing experience. They were quick to schedule initially, but communication became slow and disorganized after payment and completing the study. I never received the actual results for over a month. I was charged $368 for a 30-minute video call just to “review” the study, plus $582 for wearable equipment that I used only once. The information provided offered nothing I didn’t already know, and none of my issues were resolved. I disputed the charges, but unfortunately the dispute failed.
