I highly recommend working with the team at Tuxis! We’ve been customers for several years, and throughout that time they’ve maintained our HVAC and heating systems while also handling our regular oil deliveries. Got home from work around 230 this afternoon to no heat. Called Tuxis Ohr at 245, Eddie called me back around 315 said he had one service call ahead of me. He arrived around 535 and knew right away what the problem was and took care of it. Thank you for great customer service service.
I have been getting oil from Tuxis for about 3 years now. Oil deliveries are great, servicing my furnace is great. What i am not happy about is i gave my credit card number to your office to have processed right away. And they refuse to do so, they insist on waiting 10 business days !!!!! I gave my credit card number NOT FOR THEM TO WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
We were almost killed by an OHR oil truck on Hatchets Hill in Old Lyme Speed limit is 20 truck was going at least 40 and on my side of the road. Very Reckless, It was Sunday, 12/28/25 at 130 pm . If this business gives a shit about safety they will address this shameful and dangerous behavior. Pat Holland No response from the owner, shows they don’t care about safety
