Employees were knowledgeable and courteous. Very pleasant experience. Assisted in accessories and fit of clothing.
Phenomenal service all the way around. Was in a pinch to get a tuxedo for an out of town gala in 2 days and they took care of me without missing a step. Reasonably priced and just great people. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Though I had plenty of notice to rent a tuxedo for a New York City wedding (The Plaza Hotel) I guess you could say I waited until the last minute with only a 3-day window. I know, crazy! But how lucky I was to find Barry and Clarisse Johnson, owners of Tuxedo Junction in North Charleston. My first interaction on the phone allowed me to sleep that night, and it didn't hurt that I saw so many 5-star reviews compared to the competition. I had a short trip to Tuxedo Junction today, but was floored by the warmth of customer service! Robert was so personable and helpful as I purchased a band uniform/tux for my son. It was easy, the people working there were friendly, just a great experience! There’s also something nostalgic in the fact that they still use a dot matrix printer and a computer with Windows 99!
