I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Bridal 2 weeks ago and had a great experience. I was given the utmost attention and was made to feel like family by all of the staff members. Not only did the wonderful ladies at the salon help me find me dress, they went above and beyond in customer service. They stayed very late with me and worked so hard to help me find my gown. They answered my 100 phone calls with kindness and I always felt like they were on my side. 100% recommend!
We went to get a dress for the Sugar Plum Ball and they definitely had a great selection and customer service was top notch. We will definitely be back.

I will never regret buying my wedding dress locally from Kelly at Bella. I have had a bit of trouble getting my dress to fit just right, well, Kelly (and all the other ladies) have been so helpful and accommodating! I will recommend them to ANYONE and I will be using them for every other formal event in the future. Seriously, BUY FROM BELLA! Beautiful store, beautiful dresses, and the best service you will EVER get for your big day. They made me look and feel like a princess!
I stopped at Bellas just to get a card and hours of operation after being sadly disappointed while wedding dress shopping at another establishment in Watertown. I was welcomed with open arms and invited in to browse although hours were limited on a Saturday. I ended up saying Yes to the dress on this same day with amazing service and great upbeat personalities. I would recommend this store to anyone and plan to return with all of my bridesmaids very soon!
