Staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful. Definitely getting my eyes checked and glasses here again :)

This was my first time going to Tuxedo Eyes and it won't be my last. The staff were FANTASTIC. I have glaucoma and another disease that affects the eyes called Sjogrens disorder...it made examining my eyes a lot more work for Dr. Michael but his patience and understanding was so wonderful and he didn't give up even though I was close to. His assistant Jennifer found me a pair of glasses that fit my small ladies head (can't wear ladies regular frames because they're too big and fall off) and though in the past I'd have to ret... read more

The service and especially the Staff were AMAZING. I was in from Calgary taking my 89 year old Father in for new glasses. It was a Friday late afternoon, he is in a wheelchair, blind in one eye, and has Glaucoma. Dr. Michael found his eye pressure was dangerously high. He needed a Glaucoma Specialist immediately! The Staff at Tuxedo Eyes not only convinced a specialist downtown to remain open, after hours,until my Father and I could get there, they helped arrange transport.
