TUWA Pro has been nothing but awesome, and professional! Along with their personality, the product that was sent to me (Headache Chase Rack/2024 Tacoma) has been stellar! Completely changed the look of the truck and provides mounting points for multiple add-ons. Shipping was insanely fast and has been nothing short of an awesome experience working with them for the 4th gen Taco! Looking forward to more products coming out and adding on!
Great rack and great customer support experience. I purchased the shiprock rack for my 2018 f150, and it fits great. The height adjustability is excellent, providing a clean roof line, and also fits from end to end of the 5.5ft bed unlike some other racks. Only complaint was that the single side bar makes mounting certain accessories challenging, but a quick chat with the customer support allowed me to get a secondary set. I was looking for a rack for my Ford Maverick that would fit with my configuration (Elevate TS rails and a Pro X15 Tonneau) The Tuwa customer support helped me out significantly even shipped me a leg so I could verify fit! That's just amazing service these days. The rack arrived very fast and was packaged well, I installed it pretty quick and it's absolutely bomb proof, what a great product. I'm so glad I shopped with TUWA as other companies were far more difficult to deal with.
I’ve had an awesome experience. Shipping was fast and customer service has been excellent. I went back and forth deciding on a bed rack. I looked at tons of different manufactures but I just really liked the style and fact that I could adjust the height with Tuwa Pro. I’ve gotten a million compliments already and within a couple of days we used the rack during a camping trip. Very happy.
I had a great experience with this company. They delivered the package the very next day and had great customer service. I forgot to order a second piece and it came in that same day when I got home. The rack looks great on my Jeep and I was able to install it by myself. I like that I can leave the back rack already installed in the garage and I can put it back on when I need it for my kayaks.
