DEVIN Tutts is kind and when first starting out we hired him for lawn aeration. We continued for this. This year I agreed to have pest control. I was not as pleased. the first time there was still a part of a hornets nest at the peak of our roof with Hornets building onto it. I contacted Devin and he said he would send someone. I never saw anyone and the hornets remained. After the fall application, I still have many hornets at the peak of my home in the front and somehow they are getting in my bedroom. Tutts did an excellent job! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process clearly. They were very thorough and made sure the issue was fully taken care of. I felt confident the problem was handled right, and I really appreciated the follow-up. Highly recommend for anyone needing pest control!

i am so disappointed in this company. we had more snells, ants, Earwigs ,and wasps this year 2024 than any other year we have lived here. i asked them to cancel our service and i was told we had signed a one year agreement, i don’t remember signing it but i could have. we agreed to have one final service which was scheduled to be preformed last Saturday 11/16/24, they never showed up but they charged my CC 5 minutes after we hung up. i have texted them but they have not responded. the salesman that sold us this program was s... read more
