We had an issue with paperwork and pick up at Tutton. It was our first time using them for service and we were disappointed. I submitted a compliant and was very impressed with the service managers handling of the issue. Not only did he call to apologize but he also reimbursed our gas money and delivered the truck to us. This was top notch customer service and we will use them for our next service.
I got new tires put on, balanced, and aligned, which made my 2017 Rubicon Wrangler drive and ride like new. I also had a new thermostat installed during the same visit. The new thermostat gives me confidence that I’m ready for the hot summer driving season. I was happy that Justin was able to get all the work done while I waited. Well done Justin!
