I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this clinic. Tre in the office should not be allowed to talk or interact with any patients. Her lack of professionalism and compassion is unbelievable. As a patient, you need to confirm when you make the appt and then confirm when you are there they code it correctly. I have fought for years over my appts being coded wrong and have outstanding balances. If it was coded correctly, my insurance would cover the costs. I went for a routine scheduled yearly check-up in March 2025. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room and then about an hour in the exam room before the doctor arrived. This was the second time I experienced such a long wait at this hospital. The doctor ordered lab work, but one blood sample could not be analyzed. Later, I received a $653 bill for ALL the lab tests, including the one that wasn’t completed. Not recommend at all, had to arrive “30 minutes” early but said 15 when scheduling then won’t keep your appointment even if on time
