Updating review because the last two times I have gone to try and speak to a service advisor, a porter with a side hat has turned me away. I wanted to get a genuine jeep replacement key made for my car because the after market key I had stopped working. I couldn’t even enter the service area because the porter came to my car and asked what I needed and then proceeded to tell me that it would be $500 and I should look at an after market key. Been coming to Tuttle Click Tustin Dodge for years since the 2000's and recently working with German in service with my Dodge Durango and Grand Caravan, German provide good service and always take care of my service and repair needs. I highly recommend seeing German for your service needs.

We stopped at this dealership in error (we were looking for the Tuttle Click in Irvine). Sales person was rude and unwelcoming. There was no desire to help us. The parts person was also rude and made us feel we were disturbing his day. I wouldn’t give this dealership my business.
