I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my 2021 Mazda 3 to this dealership when the check engine light came on. At the time, it was under warranty, and a diagnostic tool showed the error code “P0126,” which Mazda had sent me a letter about for a warranty extension. I am deeply disappointed with the service at Tuttle-Click Mazda. Despite being a loyal customer, my recent visit for a simple tire change turned into a nightmare. The new tire caused vibrations that were not initially present, and when I pointed this out, the service department accused me of damaging the wheel myself. My trust in Tuttle-Click Mazda's service department has been completely shattered. After a tire replacement, my car began vibrating at high speeds, and when I returned for a fix, they blamed me for a new wheel damage that mysteriously appeared after their service. Their accusations and lack of responsibility have left me frustrated and upset. It's disheartening to see such poor service from a place I once recommended to friends.
