Easy to work with and very thorough with the process. Explain how they reached the conclusion and very satisfied with appraisal.
We ordered a Replacement Cost Estimate (RCE) appraisal as well as a land-only appraisal for our church. There were a few minor clean-ups that had to be made, but their office was very courteous and responsive during this process, and the overall result was 2 very well-done appraisals. I was very impressed with the amount of work that obviously went into the land-only appraisal and the quality of both appraisals. I believe it was money well spent and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
My experience with Tuttle Armfield Wagner Appraisal and Research, Inc. was incredible. I worked with Matt specifically, and he was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable in his field. I had multiple appraisals completed, and each one was done within reasonable time frames, provided ample background information validating the valuations, and he took the time to explain in detail why he came to the values he did.
