Buying a Piece of land from Tutt only deserves 1 star since 0 isn't an option. We recently bought some land in Dallas County and Wallace Tutt was the Owner/Investor behind it.For starters a Couple Weeks before closing We signed an additional Contract to be at closing on a certain day and time..Guess who didn't show up Wallace Tutt. Didn't even send any documents. So He broke the contract there. An agent hand delivered them the next day so We were able to close 2 days later.
