I am glad I chose Toyota Tustin. Tom helped me get the best deal. He is very patient, kind and thorough. Everything was done calmly and without fuss. My advice to you is to deal with Tom.
The service department left a large dent in the gas tank shield of my 4Runner. They refused to take responsibility, claiming the damage wasn’t caused by them—even though the dent has the exact shape of the lift blocks they use. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’ll be reaching out to Toyota corporate to have the shield replaced. If they don’t address the issue, I’m prepared to take it to small claims court.
