The service department left a large dent in the gas tank shield of my 4Runner. They refused to take responsibility, claiming the damage wasn’t caused by them—even though the dent has the exact shape of the lift blocks they use. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’ll be reaching out to Toyota corporate to have the shield replaced. If they don’t address the issue, I’m prepared to take it to small claims court. I have been servicing my 2021 Avalon at this service center since I bought the car. They excellent at oil changes and basic services, but I would not recommend them for any mechanical work never for tire changes. I always follow their recommendations, but after paying $4,000 to fix one noise, they created another noise. Simple they say they don't know what this noise. Hello Car Buyers, After purchasing 6 Prius's, i can safely recommend Toyota products. I have walked away from 2 bad car accidents. This company does a fantastic job making safer cars. Sales reps come and go. However, the General Manager opened the store over 2 decades and is still there. There are a handful of employees that have stayed over a decade.
