You can kiss your security deposit goodbye before you even step foot into this place. This place was built in 1969 and they don't bother with renovations and rather endlessly paint, reglaze, and reuse. We had to reglaze our tub three times in the four years we were here because of cracking. Landlords in California are only allowed to charge for repainting if a tenant leaves within TWO years, as any paint work for a unit that's been lived in longer than that is considered normal wear and tear.
