Bought a car from Tustin Hyundai today. My salesman was Michael Shieh. He was a pleasure to work with and was excellent from the initial inquiry to the drive off of the lot! Even the finance manager, Michael Crawley, was awesome! Definitely ask for both Michaels when you visit Tustin Hyundai!
Last week, I came in there unexpectedly needing to get a car while my husband was out of town. I've never car shopped without him, so I wasn't sure how it would go. Dennis was my salesman and he was great! He answered all of my questions and took his time and really went out of his way to help me. David Kim is a great service consultant, always pleasant and professional. He has proven to be trustworthy, which is big when it comes to customer service and building a relationship. I also appreciate the cashier, Cynthia who is very personable and makes and effort to know the customer; she always seems to genuinely remember me and my kids whether I bring them with me or not. Her personality and hospitality makes a difference.
Terry spent a lot of time walking my 83 year old mother through the features of the hybrid Sonata. I was extremely impressed with his ability to relate to her.
