Carlos was an excellent sales person. I usually pick out the car I want but then make my husband deal with the final sale stuff because I can’t handle the sales people (sorry BS) Carlos was fantastic. He handled everything with informative information that we needed to know. Nothing was pushed on us. This was my first experiencing leasing an electric car and through Hyundai. Carlos from sales made the entire process much smoother than I was expecting. He was responsive to messages and did not push any purchases on us. Carlos even held our preferred car for us for a few days, as it arrived while we were traveling. We are enjoying our new Ioniq5!

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a dealer. This places reviews have to be paid for because there is no way it should be rated that high. They are scam artists and when I got a starter replaced it broke down barely a year later and they want to just do the same thing and charge an absurd price to fix it AGAIN.
