No one available to greet you at the front desk. Basic business hospitality. Edited: Opening at 11:00 means 11:00. The real problem is having a pre-opening appointment without a procedure for securing the building and communicating with the customer. I came in for a women’s haircut and color, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Hands down the best hair salon in Orange County. Hesham is incredibly talented and always delivers a clean, consistent haircut and beard trim. Be sure to book your appointment in advance—they don’t accept walk-ins, and for good reason!
