Service: they didn’t fix the issue I came in for, but charged me over $2,000 and the hours are wrong.
I was shopping for a vehicle and visited several Cadillac dealerships in the Los Angeles area. After receiving poor customer service and unfavorable pricing at the other dealerships, I decided to travel to Orange County to Tustin Cadillac. My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Joe, Chris and Rick (from finance) were all phenomenal to work with and made the process super easy. Pricing was the best here from the 7 dealerships I visited. I highly recommend them
Just purchased a beautiful Cadillac XT5, as many years as I've been buying vehicles, I've never experienced a better experience. From the sales man to the finance department, the experience was great. Alex the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest and if he didn't know something he would find out for us. Allen doesn’t know what is he doing. Nothing he promises comes true. Waste my whole afternoon waiting for service should have done 1 pm. Completely ruin my schedule. He said everything would be done around 1pm, try to contact him around 1, could not reach him until 2:30. When I finally reach him, he forget I need an extra key and haven’t even start it yet. Just purchased my celestial metallic Lyriq Luxury 2 today. Alex was awesome! The best car buying experience I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and most importantly, didn’t pressure us to buy. I came in with intentions of only looking and test driving. The monthly payments were what I expected before coming in, and when he came with original numbers, they were basically exactly what I expected to pay. Will definitely will be a repeat customer.
