I purchased a pre owned car from Tustin Cadillac for my son. A couple days after sale was completed we noticed a problem with the car that I believe should have been noticed and contacted Jay our salesman. I visited Tustin Cadillac for a service appointment today and was also interested in test driving a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq that had been listed on their website for about two weeks.when I spoke with a sales representative, I was told the vehicle was not on the lot and is not for a test drive because it was still in maintenance.This was very disappointing. Service department sucks. Towed my late model Escalade in for a faulty fuel pump. This is easy work. Couple bolts holding the straps that hold the tank up. Lower it with a trans jack, disconnect the fuel lines hooking up the new pump and then reverse the steps. So far it’s been a week. Everyday I call after they give me a timeframe it will be done there’s some excuse.
