I had an issue with my 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ and had to drop it off on a Saturday afternoon. Since service was closed, Sales stepped up and provided me with a new loaner car off of their sales inventory. On Monday morning un prompted by me, the service department jumped right on it and resolved the issue with a software upgrade and called me before noon to tell me my car was ready. It’s nice to see Service like that still exists.
I went into Boulevard Cadillac not knowing what I was looking for and trepidatious but Paul made me feel 100% comfortable, answered all of my questions & got me fired up for the 2026 coming in. People, ask for Paul!

June 17, 2025. I had an appointment with the Stephanie a sells person at 1:30. I came in to my appointment on time and I enter and nobody was greeting. Nobody was at the front desk. Nobody say anything to me. I was Standing and try to see who can help me but nobody was ever say anything to me.
