I had a great experience with Tustin Cadillac. Took my car in for general service and it was done quickly. The service staff are so polite and helped me right away when I pulled up to their service center. Would highly recommend Tustin Cadillac for your next service.
Save time - go to Selman Chevrolet if you need any service done on you Cadillac. After too many similar incidents and repeated feedback with no improvement, I feel that I need to write this review in the hope that it will lead to some change. We had a great experience working with Chris Severson at Tustin Cadillac. From the beginning, Chris was polite, patient, professional, and never made my wife or me feel rushed. He took the time to answer our questions and, before we left, carefully went over the many features of our new Cadillac VISTIQ so that we felt comfortable with the vehicle.
