Was hoping to pick up my parts ordered online today saturday but parts department was closed. I strongly beleave if you have service on saturday or over all parts should be open for pick ups its very convenient for customers
I purchased a pre owned car from Tustin Cadillac for my son. A couple days after sale was completed we noticed a problem with the car that I believe should have been noticed and contacted Jay our salesman. He promptly returned call and he contacted his manager. The issue was taken care of fairly and was equally pleased how they treated my son through this.
