It was just before Christmas my Cadillac Lyriq had a software issue affecting battery, Scott Polewach was fantastic, he called me and received the car in spite that they had shortage of staff and managed to get it fixed after providing me with a loaner….. I was impressed with the professional attitude, friendliness and immediate actions to get my car fixed…. Thank you
We had a great experience with Tustin Cadillac Service Department. We just had our car there for 10 days and had an issue that was unresolved but not coming up on their computer. We were able to diagnose the problem and send a video. Jeff and Alex had us handled in a few hours right before a holiday weekend. Very happy after today's experience.
