I have been contacting them regarding a lease deal on sport lyriq, they have not been nice , not gave the recent deal that other dealerships are advertising, however as soon as they found out that I was in BUENA PARK CADILLAC , and getting a 2k drive off and $380 a month on a 10k mileage including tax,( 62k msrp new 0 mile), they kept calling me as asking me to walk out and they promised a $360 a month deal like for like. We leased Cadillac Lyriq from Tustin Cadillac dealership. Maurice and the team made the whole experience really great and seamless. We were very happy with the deal and the service they provided.
Definetly recommend. We walked in and were immediately assisted by Damien. He is awesome. He allowed us to shop at our own pace and when we asked if we could compare 2 vehicle models side by side he immediately said yes and accommodated the two cars side by side. This definitely made us feel welcomed and appreciated 👏. Disappointing Experience Attempting to Purchase a 2025 Escalade I had a very frustrating experience at this dealership while trying to purchase what was advertised as a new 2025 Escalade with 3 miles.
