Service Department is absolutely awesome! I had an issue with my 2025 CT5v and drove it in with no appointment on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. With doors closing at 6pm they could have easily turned me away and got their weekend started. Instead they realized I was in a bit of bind and took care of me right away. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are in the business of taking care of their customers. Tustin Cadillac just earned a life.long customer. I will not take my Cadillac any where else. I Highly recommend!
Brought in my vehicle for service. The Tustin Service Department did a great job as always and took care of me and my vehicle.
I am very disappointed with the service I received from the maintenance department and management at Tustin Cadillac. I brought my leased Cadillac Lyriq in on June 28 because the air conditioning needed repair. I was told the earliest available appointment was July 21 because the service department was busy. They also explained that replacement parts needed to be ordered. I asked if they could simply order the parts first and schedule me once they arrived.
