I can't say enough great things about the people at this dealership. I just purchased my third Cadillac from them and they went above and beyond. Stephanie Hargrave sold us all three cars and got us a great deal on the Optiq I really wanted. She stayed on top of things, followed up, and made things right, if they weren't. Shauna just gave us, hands down, the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership customer service department, EVER. She caught the problem before it went into service, fixed it, and asked if we needed new wipers (which we needed) and got them for us plus an oil change. She turned a frustrating trip (our own user error) into a productive one with a friendly smile, kindness, and professionalism. We will request her every time but she will probably be promoted by the time we come back. Thanks Shauna!

Service Department is absolutely awesome! I had an issue with my 2025 CT5v and drove it in with no appointment on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. With doors closing at 6pm they could have easily turned me away and got their weekend started. Instead they realized I was in a bit of bind and took care of me right away. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are in the business of taking care of their customers. Tustin Cadillac just earned a life.long customer. I will not take my Cadillac any where else. I Highly recommend!
