I thought that after 2 months of having moved-out it would not be necessary to leave a comment here but the situation forces me. It's been more than 60 days since I moved-out and I haven't had any response about the return of the security deposit. I've called and they never answer the phone. I left messages and sent emails and I haven't received any timely response either. Lindsay and then Kaysee were definitely brilliant in their management of the property. Right now, I think it's at its worst administratively. From unenforced smoking, parking, and speeding policies within the complex, and worst of all, on one of the most anticipated weekends, Independence Day, the pool was incredibly closed.
