My tires, shoes, and subsequently car mats, were damaged by wet tar while make a donation at Goodwill on Banksville Rd, a property that Tusk Development manages. I called to report the issue and Blake advised he was sending a manager to the property to make sure no one else incurs damages, that the company doing the resurfacing wasn't supposed to open it to the public until it was dry.
