Tusk did a fine job of remodeling our small powder room based on specifications we developed with the help of a designer. They remodeled our second story bathroom and re-built the stairs going into our attic space. We had some tricky space constraints, as most old Minneapolis homes do, and they were up to the task of coming up with creative ways to use the space. Full basement remodel. Average-ish work overall. Some aspects of the project were very subpar, and I am reminded of this every time I use my basement.
Rich truly listened to what our project scope was and offered invaluable feedback tailored to our vision and concerns. We felt more like partners than clients, which is a testament to his professionalism and thoughtfulness.
I called Rich to talk about a project; ultimately it didn't make sense for them to take the work, but he was immensely helpful and patient in sharing information with me and guiding me towards people who could help me get it done.
