Tusk delivers on every front. The service was genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. The drinks were an absolute 10/10, creative and beautifully balanced. The food? Outstanding. The falafel stole the show—bright green inside from plenty of fresh parsley, perfectly crispy on the outside, and incredibly flavorful. Obviously the food is amazing, but what makes this intimate space even more amazing is the incredible staff. Th e hospitality and customer service is top notch.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! Johnny took amazing care of us, with warmth and a razor sharp wit, guiding us through some of the most delightful flavor combinations available in all of PDX. We loved the small dish size which allowed us to try 10 or 11 delightful things. Bring your appetite and be amazed!
I went here for the first time tonight and was really impressed! The service was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Friendly and attentive staff and just excellent service overall. Our server Cameron was great! The food was perfectly paced and every dish we ordered tasted fresh, with well balanced flavors.
