Just sold a home with TVARLA. Very rarely heard from the agent after signing. Didn’t even hear ‘congratulations’ on closing day. Had to follow up after weeks of silence to learn about showings / feedback. They did nothing unique or extra to sell the house - so it sat for a while. Bought / sold 4 houses over the last 10 years and this was the worst agent experience so far.
