Have tried so many times to talk to these people about being a potential tenant and all I've done is waste my time.
My boyfriend and I lived here for nearly two years and we had a great experience. By far, this was the best apartment either one of us has ever lived in. The price was great and the location was unbeatable. The actual apartment unit was cute and had everything we needed. If you're looking for something luxurious and upscale then this is probably not the best complex for you, but if you want an affordable, comfortable and safe living space that you can make your own then I highly recommend Tusculum View Apartments. I lived here for over 3 years and it was a great experience. very reasonable rent, in an up-and-coming neighborhood, and the staff took care of any requests (e.g. maintenance) very quickly. i highly recommend this to anyone in their 20s or 30s looking for a fun neighborhood experience a stone's throw away from the city
