Professional, helpful. I developed a prob and did not wish to go to ER & wait for hrs--sent msg on Patient Portal to my personal care physician, explained my symptoms, & was told she had no appointments, but she could make an appointment w one of her FNPs and they would consult directly w her after seeing me. I agreed. Saw practitioner, she spoke w Dr. Carla and I was told what needed to be done. Very pleased w promptness, care and concern and treatment w tests ordered.
Leslie Henry is absolutely the best most kind and caring person. I actually have never met a more friendly and truly concerned practice of Drs np's and actually the entire staff. Krystal and TJ are incredible nurses. I cannot say enough good about them.

I would like to say I love Dr Carla, Ken, Lesley Henry and Dr Carlas nurse Brandy and Donna upfront are the most professional sweet people Dr Carlas nurse Brandy is the best. She always calls me back with my concerns very promptly. Also so thankful for their urgent care afternoon clinic. The negative I have to say is I'm glad Lisa is gone up front She was rude. Also, Holly's nurse is lacking she will not call you back. The new girl Ashley up front can be rude too. Otherwise a great place. Treat people as you want to be treat... read more
