Just moved here and had mine and my daughter’s initial office visits with Ms. Pitts.. I’m huge on first impressions and customer service and they blew me away. Super genuine from the front desk ladies, her MA Lori to the lab techs.. Super happy with our choice for our family drs office. Definitely recommend them!
Still trying to get my annual visit submitted correctly, 3 months later, while they continue to send me bills for an annual that even my insurance company sees should be covered, but their billing department can'tseem to fix even with the insurance rep walking them through it step by step. I shouldn't be working harder than their billing department to fix their mistakes.
Professional, helpful. I developed a prob and did not wish to go to ER & wait for hrs--sent msg on Patient Portal to my personal care physician, explained my symptoms, & was told she had no appointments, but she could make an appointment w one of her FNPs and they would consult directly w her after seeing me. I agreed. Saw practitioner, she spoke w Dr. Carla and I was told what needed to be done. Very pleased w promptness, care and concern and treatment w tests ordered.
