Took my cat to Tuskawilla Oaks Animal Hospital on 9-21-20 - she was not eating, drooling. They kept her 3 hours, did not tell me what procedures they were doing for her,. At the end of 3 hours, they asked for credit card - did not give me receipt or itemized list of what was done to her - sent her home - next day, I got an email of charges for her charging my credit card for $600! RecommendedI have been a customer for 10 years. The staff members are all so kind and caring. Everyone at TOAH really cares for your let's well-being. I highly recommend them!
Horrible experience with vaccines and them not returning my calls when my dog was having issues afterwards. 15 year old 5 LB dog. I would never take my dog here again. Highly do not recommend this place. Expensive as well and truly didn’t seem to care about my concerns and forced me pretty much to get 2 done the same day. Very unsatisfied. Never again. Even cancelled his teeth cleaning. Not a fan at all
I rescued our first fur baby from Pets By Judy in 2004 after Hurricane Charley! This is the first time I met Dr Fullenwider who at that time was one of the vets at the clinic. She is now one of the owners of the practice! Over the last 16 yrs Dr J has been taken care of all of our fur babies! I have been going to Tuscawilla Oaks for almost 10 years now and they are by far my favorite vet. For the first time back in January, I had to make the difficult decision to put down my boxer. She loved the staff there and honestly I wrestled so hard with this choice, and once again the incredible staff here helped me be at ease with the most difficult decision. For as long as I live in the greater Orlando area, I will always go to this vet because I trust them.
TOAH has taken excellent care of our cat Casper and dog Teddy. Casper had to have not one but TWO hip surgeries and each time they quoted us a fair price, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate. They always take time to answer my excessive questions and they truly care about their clients. We are very lucky to have these amazing experts in our community. Thank you for everything you do!
