Tuscawilla Hills Apt was my very first apartment when I was 20yrs old. I lived there for 4 yrs. It is the greatest place to live in CT. Its nice and quiet. The community is known as an upscale neighborhood that is attached to a golf community but the price does not show it. I paid \$550 for a 1 bedroom which is extremely cheap for the area. Apartments are very roomie and cozy. I sadly had to move back to my parents after my Mom was diagnosed with Cancer. Its Excellent living place in Charles town.I can say its Cheap and best to live.
