Comprehensive care for pets. As a medical professional, I really appreciate their approach to care. After speaking to the vet, I knew I was in good hands as he was ready to be as aggressive or conservative in diagnostic approach to my pet as I felt comfortable. I loved that he gave me lots of options and ideas for helping me find out what’s wrong with my dog. Dr. Monica is truly amazing. She is kind, patient, and so compassionate with my dogs. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she treats and takes her role seriously. She also takes the time to answer questions and make sure you feel heard which is so important to any pet owner. What stood out to me most was her professionalism and willingness to personally follow up with me after our visit. Hospital made last minute adjustments to schedule and added me in for an xray which saved my dog. Surgery went well, doctor Chimienti was performed seamlessly!
I don't recommend it, it lacks empathy.
It’s the lack of communication and the nickel and dimming for me. I’ve been taking my dog here for years and It feels like all they care about is what they can tack on the bill without any communication. The girls in the office all work like robots and have zero personality. They’re often too busy to even care you’re even there and they act like you’re such an inconvenience because they’re too busy for you. I don’t feel any genuineness whatsoever from anyone there.
