They are my vet when I'm in FL with my sister who has several disabilities. I have a vet in GA and my pet is up to date on all shots and health visits. I have a prescription for my pet's special food for sensitive stomachs. They refused to sell me his food without an expensive office visit. Terrible!!!

This is one of the worst clinics I’ve ever worked at and I don’t make that comment lightly. When I interviewed, before moving down from GA I was lectured about what road took me to the clinic by Dr. Sueros wife Maria. I was asked no questions pertaining to the position and was told the job was mine if I could give them a definite start date or that they would try to hold it for me (I should have run far away then). I got one, gave it to them and informed them I would need a letter of job offer for the rental company as proof... read more

I’d give zero stars if I could. They’ve taken zero accountability over not only losing Link, but haven’t spoken to the owner since the night he disappeared saying “these things happen.” After Links story got out they have limited who can comment or see their social media pages and deleted all negative reviews. They review responses from this hospital also say “they let go of the leash” when in fact, Link was brought out on a temporary leash, without a collar and was not supposed to be brought out AT ALL. Dr. Suero and this o... read more

We have taken our pets to Dr. Suero for 10 years and have not had a problem with their services. I would and have recommended this veterinarian and the hospital to anyone I know who has a pet.

The groomer at this location is excellent. She does an amazing job. Unfortunately the rest of the business needs a lot of work. They are very overpriced. The ladies at the front desk are very rude never a smile or a hello and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. For the amount that is charged you should be treated like you are important.

Sent an e mail regarding the trouble I was having giving dog pills. Never received response, finally called and went there for them to help me give her pills. Still having trouble.

I have boarded my dog at this facility for at least the last 6 years. I had an issue after boarding my dog for the past 11 days. He had a a bad ear infection and I paid to have them put ear drops per prescription which was 8 drops twice a day. I brought him home today and noticed his ears were inflamed. When I picked up the bottle, it was full. The prescription was for 8 drops twice a day for 2 weeks. He was there for 11 days and the bottle should have been at least half emptied. Here is why you should NOT use this hospital.... read more

I have to go away for work on a regular basis and can't always find someone trustworthy enough to care for them while I'm away. Luckily, Tuscawilla Animal Hospital offers boarding. They already take care of my dogs as far as check ups and sick visits go, so I feel completely comfortable leaving my babies there. They take such good care of them and I always come home to happy pups. Plus, their prices are reasonable!
