Not so great – Nice facility, clean, staff seemed very nice and good with the dogs. Unfortunately my dog came home with a massive injury. They said they noticed it and put neosporin on it but only when they gave him a bath. By that point it was already really infected. My other dog was fine. I dont believe they were negligent just missed it and failed to communicate it to us.
