Was asked to review after a work order was completed. My ac had been reported as broken in June and was not fixed until last week, in September. I put in multiple work orders for them to come over to gaslight me and tell me that it is actually normal for my apartment to be 87 degrees. The air is blowing so it is working. Yes, my air was blowing, and I couldnât turn it off because without the airflow it was unbearable.
