Don't rent . Certainly if you have kids that want to have friends. The reason I was told my lease was not getting renewed was there was to many people there. My daughter is 18 and has 3 friends. If they don't like you they will find a reason to not let you stay. It doesn't matter if you're never late on rent or never in trouble with the cops it's all about if they like you and are in their click. Oh yeah front door still broke for like the 5th time.
My mother has lived here 4 years. Very happy with it. Very family friendly. Very friendly management and residents. They go out of their way to help. When something needs repaired they are on it. Would recommend to anyone.
Maintenance man tried to kill me . Cops got involved. Company tried to evict me after he got fired . They didn’t know I have an inheritance ( money) and I beat the case in court and moved out like a child of god . DONT MOVE HERE ITS BETTER OPPORTUNITY’S IN THE LAND OF FREE 🫡 (Response to the company lie ) MY MORTGAGE WAS IN 2021 SO THATS A LIE ITS BEEN THREE YEARS (FRAUD COMPANY) BREAK THE LAW & SEND A BILL WITH MY NAME ON IT I DARE YOU ME AND MY LAWYER WILL BE SNACKING ON EASY MONEY 😂
