6720 Decon Ave apt 140. Don’t move In here!!! Plumbing backs up, anytime it rains it leaks. Lindsey doesn’t do anything to fix anything! The worst manager ever. She does not call back. So fake. The office ladies never answer the phone, hang up on you. Are soooo rude. The regional managers ARE HORRIBLE!!! They hang up on you for no reason! There’s so many bugs and trash everywhere. So many things wrong.
I've been here since January 2018, And It Has Been A Rollercoaster That I Can Appreciate! I Thoroughly Enjoy The Space Of My Apartment, And Have Met Some Wonderful People Here & That Includes The Tuscany Village Office Family. I'm Grateful For What They Fix When They Fix It. At This Time & In This Space, I Have No Complaints, Only Gratitude! I Truly Appreciate Lindsey And All That She Does, Thank You!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Flooding and plumbing backing up all the time. Management does not care for the tenants. You have to call 2-4 times just to get someone to answer. No one communicates with each other or you. Maintenance is nice, but does take long to come. We’ve had to wait over night for our plumbing to be fixed, their “24 hour emergency maintenance” is not true. Trash is everywhere around here. DONT RENT HERE. Management is crappy, they lie, don’t keep their word, maintenance takes forever to come, no one answers the phones you always have to call 2-4 times before someone answers. Plumbing, flooding issues, bug problems, trash flies around everywhere.
